UPDATE MARCH 2022: Hello. Welcome back. Here, I lay out all of my favorite music and movies of the 21st century. Lists have been added for my favorite albums, singles, deep cuts, and music videos of the 2000s. I listened to more than 1,000 records over a year+ to prepare.

 

As it turns out, I was also alive from 2000-2009 so the results mix my thoughts and reactions from the last 18 months with the intense nostalgia of my pre-pubescent, pubescent, and teenage years. That makes for a fun mix of music that was formative, timely and timeless, centered around innovative, affecting, catchy pop.

APRIL 2020: Hello. Welcome. Here, I lay out all of my favorite music and movies from the 2010s.

 

I compiled these lists very carefully and methodically. When I review them, some things don't look quite right/my feelings change, but I'm going to trust the process and leave them be.

I have absolutely no web design experience and while Wix made it pretty easy (#ad), the physical making of this website was insanely manual and slow. But I think it looks good!
